About Us Halal Africa Organization is positioned to bring about a more systematic way of solving people's needs while making reasonable returns. In this regard, we consider this to give us both financial and social returns. The Company was established on the Sixth day of May 2008

The Company is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission to meet up with the constitutional directive of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Company and Allied Matters Act Number 1 of 1990 (Part C of Incorporated Trustees) under section 682 (3) to deal and operate smoothly within and outside Nigeria, The Company is also the proprietor of 5 Halal International Satellite TV.
